The qualities we live by (in ORDER)

  1. Love what & why we're doing it! If you don't love the ideas and principles behind Dema, you'll likely quit when the "going gets tough" and there will be tough times! We've already been though some. Startups are hard. Like Chess! ♟️♖

  2. Have fun! Gotta enjoy the times we're together online or in person. We're a remote first team; still, we'll get together & have fun! Last time Fadi visited Venkat in Seattle, they drove to Mt Rainier for hiking (and Venkat nearly died running out of breath 😝). Joking & having fun is integral for us.

  3. Build faster and faster! You've heard it before; but if you're going to be part of the team, you're going to be a professional athlete who builds & contributes quickly and with high volume! You finish "hard" instantly & "impossible" takes a few seconds! 🤣
