Are we hiring many folks?

Not really! Other than a few key areas of key differentiation and core competence, most of what's built at Dema is about a front end user experience for e-commerce marketplace functionality. This functionality is quite mature so most of the work will come in the form of contracts based on precise deliverable definition.
